Sometimes its hard to understand how everything works at Unitec. The good news is that our staff are very experienced at helping students, so when you are at the Library or in one of our Learning Commons or Student Computer Centre labs we encourage you to ask staff for help.
Also at the Main Library (Mt Albert) we have student rovers (see below) working 10am - 3pm who are very keen to assist you with copying, printing, formatting - all sorts! So please do not be shy - we want to help you :)

Our student rovers this semester are: Chamandeep, Miracle, Nelson, Herman, Vinita and Bharat. You will see these students wandering around the library wearing lanyards and t-shirts announcing "Ask Me"! They are here to help you with any questions you might have. Don't be afraid to ask them.
