We all know that our libraries are busy places, especially at exam times.
Just to prove it, here is a graph that shows how many people have walked through the front doors of the Waitakere, Building 1 and Mt Albert Main libraries.

Academic Search Complete database

Academic Search Complete is a full-text database, with more than 8,500 full-text journals, including more than 7,300 peer-reviewed journals.  It covers a wide range of subjects.

In addition to full text, this database offers indexing and abstracts for more than 12,500 journals and a total of more than 13,200 publications including monographs, reports, conference proceedings, etc.

The database features PDF content going back as far as 1887, with the majority of full text titles in native (searchable) PDF format. Searchable cited references are provided for more than 1,400 journals.

Academic Search Complete is made available through EBSCO.

Database maintenance Sunday 26 August

On Sunday 26 August there will be scheduled maintenance on the Scopus and Science Direct databases.

Scopus and Science Direct will be unavailable from midnight on Saturday 25 August until 6:30 pm on Sunday 26 August.
