Minor change to New Zealand Standards access

Unitec Library provides access New Zealand Standards through its subscription to the IHS "New Zealand Standards Online Complete Collection". IHS has recently increased security on their database. 

• Every user must register for a free individual account.  This only needs to be done once.
• From then on, you will log-in with the email address and password that you gave when registering.
  Please note that this email address and password is not linked to your Unitec log-in or Moodle log-in.
