 Talofa,

Unitec Library celebrates Vaiaso o te Gana Tuvalu, Tuvalu Language Week 2020.

The theme is: Fakatili Te Kiloga Fou" - "Navigating the changing environment". The theme this year comes from cultural acts and practices. These are often used as analogy for Tuvalu orators in their speeches. In this case the analogy is that of fishing.

There are two groups of Tuvaluan dialects, based on dialects spoken in the northern and southern islands. Funafuti is the capital of Tuvalu.
